There are two main types of vertigo:

How Can Physiotherapy at FLEXITUDE Help?

Here at FLEXITUDE, our physiotherapist uses certain manoeuvres to diagnose vertigo and a series of tests to get to the root cause of it. The physiotherapist also carries out postural control, coordination, and balance assessment, to ensure there are no underlying compensatory strategies. A treatment plan is prescribed based on this initial evaluation.

Vestibular rehabilitation often involves manual head manoeuvres and a progressive program of exercises designed to reduce vertigo and dizziness. Other exercises to improve balance and coordination are also prescribed.
